Free delivery on all orders over £50. A shipping charge of £5 will apply to all orders below £50.
In order to make sure you get your Patch delivery at a time that suits you, you can select a delivery slot at checkout. Customers will receive a 2-hour delivery window 1-2 days before they are due to receive their delivery.
We deliver during the: Mornings 9am – 1pm, Thursday to Saturday Afternoons 1pm – 5.30pm, Tuesday to Saturday Evenings 6pm – 10pm, Tuesday and Wednesday Please note we do not currently deliver on Sundays or Mondays.
If you cannot make our delivery times, fear not! When placing your order, you can nominate a neighbour or a safe place the plants can be left should you not be in to receive your delivery. We are unable to do next day delivery currently as all plants are ordered directly from growers across Europe to fulfil placed orders.
Concierge and Safe Space Policy
Please check with your concierge that they are able to accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe space.
Patch cannot take responsibility for lost orders once delivered to your safe place. It is driver procedure to take photographic evidence or a neighbour’s signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.
Should you be out during your 2 hour window or should the driver be unable to deliver to your safe place, we will contact you to reschedule your delivery for the following week.

Delivering to Commercial Property or Residences of Restricted Parking
If drivers are required to deliver your Patch order via a loading bay, please respond to the 2 hour ETA notification and we will reply with a driver name and vehicle registration number. It is your responsibility to book our drivers in ahead of time. Failure to do so will result in a missed delivery.
Returns and Amendments
We love plants and we’d love you to love them too. We make every effort to bring you a plant that as closely as possible resembles the plant as it appears on our website in the size you have chosen - as with all living things there is some natural variation we feel is acceptable but have tried to mitigate this by working with the best suppliers we could find.
We have developed the Patch promise to guarantee our customers the quality that they expect. If a product does not fulfil these we will refund your purchase provided you contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Post 72 hours and up to 30 days, send us a photo of problematic plants and a close up of the compost and we’ll refer you to our plant doctor for diagnosis.
All items are ordered directly from growers to fulfil placed orders. If a customer would like to amend their order to include extra items this may cause the delivery to be postponed. Please place an order on our site for the next available shipping slot and notify our customer service through live chat of your order number and our team will refund you the shipping charge if it is within 10 working days of your original delivery.
Should you wish to cancel part of your order please notify our customer service team - it may be that the item has already been dispatched in which case we will process it in line with our returns policy.
